The two actors took a photo backstage where KHQ was embracing his former ‘Indiana Jones” hero. You might recall … Ke Huy played Short Round in ‘Temple of Doom’ way back in the ’80s, and now he’s all grown up and getting work in Hollywood anew.

He has been cast in the new season’s of ‘Loki’, in addition to his role in ‘Everything Everywhere At Once’. This was announced to great fanfare. It was absolutely amazing!
Harrison Ford doesn’t tear up much, but for his new ‘Indiana Jones’ movie — he did just that … promising it’ll leave an impression.
The legendary actor was on hand Saturday during the D23 Expo, where the Mouse House is showing off a ton of projects they got in the works … and the fifth installment to the beloved franchise was among the most highly anticipated.

Word was that they showed the first trailer of ‘IJ5’… and then HF came on stage to speak to the packed crowd. He got emotional at this point.
Check it out — Harrison claims that this new Indy turn packs a punch and not just that… but he also says it has a lot more heart than the originals. The dude seemed to get a little tense while uttering these words. To which cheers and applause were received from the audience.
He also shouted out his costar, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who’s also in the flick — saying she’s a big reason why this one rocks. He says that “Indy 5” will “kick your arse.” “
